Dear Cinderella’s Trunk,
I wanted to take a moment to say “Thank You!” It’s been about 3 weeks since my daughter went to Homecoming and she is still so happy.
It’s been a hard year for us; both my husband and I worked in the banking world until we were both laid off at the same time at the beginning of the year. He has found a new job, I have not yet. As you can imagine, this makes any extras very difficult to budget. We were dreading telling our daughter that she couldn’t go to Homecoming and possibly not Prom either. Fortunately, your information came out in the PTA newsletter literally just days before we were going to have to tell her.
Speaking as a mom, you have my heartfelt gratitude for making sure my daughter didn’t miss out, thank you for making her so happy.
